My name is Milana and I am a Manchester based photographer and videographer.

I was born and raised in Riga, Latvia and then at the age of 18 I took the the leap and moved to Manchester. I have lived here ever since and happy to say that I can call this place my home.

​

My love for photography started during lockdown in 2022 when I started Miori Lane Jewellery. This business idea initially started selling jewellery online and at pop-up events in Manchester.  Soon after I realised that although I enjoyed this venture, the most enjoyable part was creating beautiful photos of the jewellery and people wearing it. I developed a love for photography and have been able to work in various genres of photography such as fashion, product, portrait and commercial photography. 

Since this I have worked and collaborated with aspiring influencers, models and independent businesses in Manchester.

My first wedding experience was as a second photographer in the beginning of 2023 and the rest is history. I fell in love with capturing love stories, beautiful portraits and moments as they unfold.

 

I am passionate about capturing the true essence of love through my documentary style with an elegant and editorial twist. I love getting to know each and everyone of my couples and help with creating timeless memories even to the most camera shy people.
